Founded by Robert Boyd, a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), our programs are uniquely designed to serve the healthcare workforce — the very foundation of our communities.

With over 25 years of combined experience in real estate and healthcare leadership, Robert recognized a gap: while employers invest heavily in benefits for their teams, the cost of buying and selling a home — often a family’s largest transaction — remained untouched.
